ASNT LEVELS

I. ASNT NDT level II TRAINING

Our Training Programs are a further development from one of the industry leaders in NDT training. At Hi-Tech we provide a specialized purposeful training (RT, UT, MT & PT) equipped with up to date instructional materials and fully established NDT laboratory for complete practicals. The combination of practical experience and the theory rich knowledge of certified ASNT NDTLevel III professional within our training laboratory atmosphere strike the perfect hands-on balanced training experience.

II. ASNT NDT level III

  1. Selection of right nondestructive testing method/s and techniques suitable for the application
  2. Selection of suitable equipment for specific purpose
  3. Preparation of NDT inspection procedures for various inspection methods, clients and jobs
  4. Preparation and review of procedures based on International, National or in-house Codes, Standards and specifications to meet customer requirements
  5. Preparation of written practices as per ASNT recommended practice SNT-TC-1A
  6. Review of all inspection procedures
  7. Training and certification of personnel as per employer's written practice
  8. Selecting appropriate candidates for recruitment as Trainees, NDT Level I & II to fill job vacancies in NDT, material testing, welding inspection and other quality control related posts


III. ASME ‘U’code stamp certification consulting services

ASME Code stamp certification  for new certification and renewal

  1. Demonstration for all methods (RT, UT, MT & PT) for ASME Audit
  2. Preparation of NDT inspection procedures for various inspection methods, clients and jobs
  3. Preparation and review of procedures based on International, National or in-house Codes, Standards and specifications to meet customer requirements
  4. Preparation of written practices as per ASNT recommended practice SNT-TC-1A
